I started collecting Ideal Motorific Cars, Trucks & Boats about the same time as the Aurora slots. I had just as many Motorific cars as a kid as I did electric slot cars. Motorific slot cars run on 2 "AA" batteries and we abused the heck out of these, smashing them into each other and doing other fun things like watching them run around the track on FIRE!

Needless to say, not too many survived that were worth keeping. I have accumulated just about every car, truck and boat in every color combination. Most of my collection is in mint condition. Motorifics are a bit easier to find and a less expensive than Aurora HO slots.
